1. Provider, language and scope
The provider is Rocco Sorace, a French sole trader, business name KickLinks, trading as Roch Valori. Contact: contact-rv-7q4m9x@rochvalorivoyance.com. The contract is concluded in English under the version displayed and accepted when the order is placed.
The service is exclusively written. It does not include a call or telephone consultation.
2. Service, price and timing
The total price is €30. One order includes one main question, one subject area, useful context and at most one clarification. Roch examines the request and prepares the consultation personally.
The contractual deadline is two working days after payment has been confirmed and the request is complete. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in France. The answer may be delivered earlier. If a clarification is needed, the customer has three calendar days to respond and the service deadline is suspended while that response is pending.
3. Translation, validation and private delivery
A language tool may assist the translation of the question and the answer. Roch performs the consultation himself, checks the translation manually and approves the final text before delivery. The consultation is not generated automatically.
The completed answer is delivered in a private area. Access is initially available for 30 days after delivery and may be renewed securely while the underlying record remains within its retention period.
4. Order and payment
The total price and the available payment method are displayed before confirmation. An order is created only after the required information, separate consents and payment have been validated. The applicable version of these terms, the separate consents and their timestamps are recorded. Contractual confirmation is provided on a durable medium.
5. Early performance and withdrawal
The customer has 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw. Preparation may begin as soon as the order is confirmed only if the customer has separately and expressly requested performance before the end of that period.
A second, separate acknowledgement explains that the right of withdrawal is lost only once the service has been fully performed. Payment, the placing of the order or the mere start of work does not by itself end the right.
Before full delivery, withdrawal remains possible. If valid prior information and an express early-performance request were obtained, any amount due is assessed manually from the service actually supplied before the withdrawal declaration was received, capped at €30. Nothing is due for early performance if the required request or prior information was not validly obtained.
6. Refusal, delay and technical impossibility
Requests concerning health or diagnosis, pregnancy, death, emergencies, magic or control of another person, or decisions requiring regulated legal or financial advice are outside scope. If a question cannot be performed lawfully or within the service framework, it is reviewed and refused; no substitute answer is invented.
A clarification, technical incident or other documented impediment may delay delivery. The customer is informed through the available private or operational channel. Any cancellation, refund, invoice or credit note is handled according to the recorded contract and payment state; none is triggered automatically by a withdrawal declaration.
7. Nature and limits
The consultation offers personal perspective and support for reflection. It is subjective and non-scientific, preserves the customer’s free will and does not guarantee a result, certainty, event date or third-party behaviour. It never replaces advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
8. Complaints, governing law and mandatory protection
Complaints may be sent to contact-rv-7q4m9x@rochvalorivoyance.com. After an unsuccessful prior written complaint, the consumer may refer the matter to CM2C free of charge using the details in the legal notice.
French law governs the contract, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection granted by the law of the country in which that consumer habitually resides.
