1. Fourteen-day period
A consumer may withdraw from the service contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract is concluded. Statutory extension rules may apply if mandatory information was not provided.
2. How to withdraw
Use “Withdraw from the contract here” below or send an unambiguous statement to contact-rv-7q4m9x@rochvalorivoyance.com before the period expires. Provide the order or contract reference and only the information needed to identify the contract. Giving a reason is optional.
The online declaration is confirmed explicitly, timestamped in UTC, assigned a non-sequential reference and secured by a cryptographic fingerprint. A durable receipt containing the declaration is then available privately for download. Recording it does not mean that a refund or cancellation has already been accepted.
3. Early performance and full performance
Preparation may begin as soon as the order is confirmed only where the customer has expressly requested performance before the 14-day period ends. The customer separately acknowledges that the right is lost only after the service has been fully performed, meaning complete delivery of the written response.
Before complete delivery, withdrawal remains possible. Where the request and prior information were valid, the amount, if any, is assessed manually according to the work actually supplied before receipt of the declaration, up to the total price of €30. Existing service events may evidence review of the question, preparation, a clarification, drafting, assisted translation, human validation and complete delivery. No fixed percentage or elapsed-time scale is applied.
No amount is due for early performance where the express request or the required prior information was not validly obtained.
4. Review of consequences
Each declaration is recorded and then reviewed against the contract date, consents and actual stage of performance. No payment, refund, credit note, cancellation or external email is triggered automatically by the declaration. Where a refund is due, it is processed within the applicable statutory period using the original payment method unless another cost-free method is expressly agreed.
