Personal data

Privacy and cookies

This policy explains how personal data, necessary cookies and consent-based audience measurement are used for the written service in English.

1. Controller and contact

The controller is Rocco Sorace, French sole trader, business name SORACE EI, trading as Roch Valori, at 379 allée de Métalé, 47310 Sainte-Colombe-en-Bruilhois, France. Privacy requests must be sent to the single public address contact-rv-7q4m9x@rochvalorivoyance.com.

2. Data, purposes and legal bases

Before an order, the selected area, question, optional context and email address are used to take steps requested by the customer. The required fields are necessary to assess and process the request; without them the service cannot be ordered. Optional context may be omitted, although an incomplete request may require clarification.

For an order, contract references, status events, consent wording, versions, timestamps and fingerprints, private-access records, delivery evidence and, when enabled, payment and billing references are processed to perform and prove the contract. Invoices and accounting records are processed to comply with legal obligations.

Withdrawal declarations, complaints and requests concerning rights are processed to comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Limited security data and non-reversible fingerprints are processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in preventing abuse and protecting the service.

Do not enter surnames, postal addresses, telephone numbers, bank details, identity documents, medical records, third-party contact details or other unnecessary sensitive information in free-text fields.

3. Recipients and transfers

Access is limited to Roch Valori and, only where required for the operation concerned, providers of hosting and infrastructure, database services, payment when enabled, operational communications, accounting, legal or technical support, and legally authorised public authorities.

If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer must rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards. Details of the relevant provider and safeguards may be requested from the controller.

4. Retention and private access

Written-consultation data are retained for 12 months after delivery or refund. Private access is initially available for 30 days after delivery and may be renewed securely without extending the underlying retention period.

Invoices and credit notes are kept for 10 years. Contact requests without a contract are retained for 12 months after the last exchange. Security logs are normally kept for 6 months unless an incident or claim requires longer preservation.

Contract and consent evidence is retained for the period needed to prove the contract, comply with legal duties and defend rights. Dispute records are kept for the proceedings and applicable limitation or appeal periods.

5. Rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, individuals may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability and may withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. A request may be limited where a legal duty or the preservation of contractual evidence requires the record to be retained.

Requests may be sent to contact-rv-7q4m9x@rochvalorivoyance.com. A complaint may also be made to the CNIL or to the competent supervisory authority in the individual’s country of residence.

6. Necessary cookies and audience measurement

Strictly necessary cookies remember the language preference for up to 365 days, protect public forms for 2 hours and secure private sessions for up to 8 hours with a related anti-forgery cookie. Restricted administration areas use their own necessary authentication and security cookies. The rvv_analytics_consent cookie remembers an audience-measurement choice for 180 days.

Google Analytics 4 (G-TSXPTM4MD9) and Microsoft Clarity (y9rvb5upcw) load only after analytics consent and only on non-sensitive public pages, for audience measurement, usage understanding and usability improvements. Advertising storage and advertising features remain denied.

Forms and personal fields are explicitly masked for Clarity. Private, tokenised, payment, invoice and administration routes do not load either tool. The choice can be changed at any time with the Manage cookies link in the footer; refusal or withdrawal prevents further collection.
